Compared with sliding guides, the advantages of tumbling guide rails are: high sensitivity, and the coefficient of dynamic conflict and static conflict is very small, so the movement is smooth, and it is not easy to crawl when moving at low speed; (high positioning accuracy, repeated positioning accuracy can reach 02um ; Small friction resistance, light movement, small wear, good accuracy and long life. 3. Static pressure guide rail

There is an oil chamber between the two guide rail working surfaces of the hydrostatic guide rail. After lubricating oil with a certain pressure is introduced, a static pressure oil film can be formed, so that the guide rail working surface is in pure liquid conflict, without wear and tear, and has good accuracy and maintainability; At the same time, the friction coefficient is also extremely low, which greatly reduces the driving power; there is no crawling at low speeds, large load-bearing capacity, and good stiffness; in addition, the oil has a vibration-absorbing effect and good vibration resistance. Static pressure guide rails can be divided into liquid static pressure guide rails and gas static pressure guide rails.
