Classification of surface treatment

1. Sand blasting of aluminum alloy cnc machined parts:

CNC machining parts will produce knife lines during the machining process, and sandblasting is used to cover the pattern. The sand used for sandblasting is a fine glass bead. Sand blasting is generally carried out before anodizing, which can make the anodized product more beautiful.

2. Anodizing:

Anodizing is used for aluminum alloy CNC machining parts, using ordinary anodizing and hard anodizing processes. It will make the product surface of CNC parts harder, harder to wear and more beautiful. Anodizing colors can be varied: yellow anodizing, gold anodizing, red anodizing, green anodizing, white anodizing, pink anodizing, brown anodizing, bronze anodizing, silver anodizing, black anodizing and other colors . Anodizing is widely used in industrial keyboards, bicycle parts, optical lenses, motorcycle parts, auto parts, drones, fishing gear, LED lights, etc.

3. Electroplating of aluminum alloy cnc machined parts:

Electroplating is also the most commonly used processing technology for aluminum alloy cnc processed parts. Electroplating is to plate zinc, chromium, gold, silver or nickel on the surface of the main material of iron or steel to ensure long-term use without rust. The main products of electroplating processing are bicycle parts, auto parts, mechanical equipment, new energy equipment parts, instrument parts.

4. Aluminum alloy cnc machined parts polishing:

Polishing refers to the use of mechanical, chemical or electrochemical action to reduce the surface roughness of aluminum alloy CNC machining parts to obtain a bright and smooth surface. The main materials are aluminum, steel and titanium alloys.

8. Quenching

Polishing and quenching (QPQ): QPQ refers to placing CNC metal parts in two salt baths with different properties, and various elements penetrate into the metal surface to form a composite infiltration layer to achieve the purpose of modifying the surface of CNC parts. The surface of sheet metal without quenching treatment will achieve the effect of surface quenching. It is a new metallurgical method with good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and environmental protection. QPQ technology is widely used in engine valves, crankshafts, cylinder liners, gears, cams, bearings, spindles, slide rails, steering arms, automotive wiper ball hinges, guide rails, hydraulic cylinders, universal joints, connecting pins, molds, pistons, Threaded screws, bolts and nuts, pump body, high speed steel drill bits, barrels, tools, flanges, key pins, gaskets, housings.

9. Physical vapor deposition (PVD):

The film coated by PVD coating technology has high hardness and high wear resistance, and can still maintain a good appearance under direct sunlight. PVD can be made in a variety of colors, including yellow, gold, red, green, white, pink, coffee, bronze, gray, black and other colors. PVD is widely used in locks, smoking sets, jewelry, car decorations, handicrafts, etc.

10. Electrophoresis:

The electrophoretic film has the advantages of full, uniform, smooth and smooth coating. The surface of CNC mechanical parts can be electrophoretic painted in various colors. Various materials can be electrophoresed, including copper, aluminum, iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, etc. Electrophoresis is widely used in stainless steel housings, optical accessories, ski shoe accessories, radiators, cosmetic mirror boxes, zipper handles, thermos shells, auto parts, knives, slide rails. Electroless nickel plating of CNC machined parts: Electroless nickel plating involves soaking CNC parts in chemical potions to form a chemical film on their surfaces.
