3. The travel switch contact is pressed and stuck.

So if we encounter these problems in the process of using the machining center, how should we solve them?

During use, we need to check whether there is a short circuit in the travel switch circuit. If there is a short circuit, reprocess it. Check the signal source. At the same time, adjust the installation position of the travel switch so that the switch contact can be pressed normally to the action position.

Replace the input points on the I/O board, set parameters, and modify the PLC program.

Manually or handwheel shake away from the safe position, or clean the switch contacts.
